By using Kurb.co.uk, you agree to these terms. In line with 2026 standards, this site is designed for WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility. If you encounter navigation barriers, please contact us.
 
Intellectual Property (IP)
  • Our Content: All text, logos, and “Storyworks” blueprints are the property of Kurb Ltd and protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
  • Unsolicited Materials: To protect our “powerhouse” of original ideas, Kurb does not accept unsolicited scripts or concepts. Any materials sent will be deleted unread to avoid future IP disputes.
 
Prohibited Use
You may not use our site to:
  • Scrape content for AI training without an explicit licensing agreement.
  • Post fraudulent reviews (prohibited by the DMCC Act 2026).
  • Attempt to bypass security features or reverse-engineer our “Storyworks” methodology.
 
Limitation of Liability
Kurb provides creative services. We do not guarantee that any script or consultation will result in a greenlight, production, or specific commercial outcome.

Who We Are
Kurb (the “Data Controller”) is a writing production studio based in the UK. 
 
Data We Collect & Why
Under UK GDPR, we only collect data for clear, legitimate reasons:
  • Contact Data: Name and email via enquiry forms to fulfill a Contract (responding to your request).
  • Technical Data: IP addresses and site usage for our Legitimate Interests (improving site performance).
  • Contributor Data: For collaborations, we may store CVs and portfolios under Contractual Necessity.
 
How We Store It
  • Security: We use HTTPS and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on all internal systems.
  • Retention: We keep enquiry data for 2 years and financial records for 7 years (UK tax law).
 
Your Rights
You have the right to:
  • Access your data (Subject Access Request).
  • Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”).
  • Object to any automated processing.
    We respond to all requests within one month.
